    • To ensure efficient handling of all reservation and request, the more details we receive the better it would be then. Therefore, we request 20% of your payment (if it is not bothering you) deposit of the total tour cost before commencement of the service. We will give you a confirmation about the trip as soon as we received the deposit.
    • For your book, we need to confirm as soon as possible to our Transportation Company (car and boat) and Hotels. The faster we receive the deposit, the faster the hotels, transportation and boat will be reserved
    • Your payment should only be done by Indonesian currency IDR, and other foreign currencies such as USD, EURO, GBP, and it will automatically be converted in to the Indonesian Rupiah based on the latest exchange-rate of bank in our country.
    • Your deposit can be sent via our payPal account or Our BANK Account
    • For the payment both by paypal or Bank Transferit is not included the charge. So the balance delivered to our account is the same as the tour price we sent to you.
    • The balance payment is flexible (one day before the tour or pay upon arrival at the airport) before starting the tour, should reach Flores We would be pleased if you let us accept your down payment but all is depending on you.
    • We are so sorry for being not possible for our clients to pay by using Credit Card upon arrival in Labuan Bajo.
    • Please let us know when you have sent the deposit to our account.

    Refund & Cancellation Policy 

    KOMODO HEAVEN TOUR (we) will not charge you any cancelation provided that you send us an official notification message in advance to confirm your tour cancellation. However, we are so sorry to let you know that after you have transferred a deposit or settled all the tour payment, and suddenly you are willing to cancel the tour for any sake of your reason, it is not refundable.

    Rates

    • We do not feature or state differently the prices in each tour program on our website. We guarantee that our prices do not include hidden charges. Soon we will inform you the deal of tour price upon making the correspondence. In this case, it is very flexible and negotiable depending on our client’s need and request.
    • In general, we have made some options of fixed tour program on our website. However, if you have your own program or you have a special request on your program, please inform us in advance via an e-mail on our correspondence, then we will try our best to match or organize them to fit your request.

    Tour Facilities and Condition 

    We have strong commitment to serve our clients wholeheartedly, but remember that this tour is based on adventure, and do not expect that a service given is like in Bali or other advanced countries, we just let you know that most of the tour facilities such as accommodation, restaurant, boat trip, etc. are simple and basic but at least they are clean and proper enough to meet the client’s need. Labuan Bajo as the only well-developed tourist area throughout the island, has several options for those tour-facilities from the basic one up to luxurious could be obtained and are subject to your request before dealing the tour.

    Travel Insurance

    We are pleased to let you know, suggest, recommend and really ensure that your any kind of Insurances have been covered in reliable Insurance company in your country due to this does not include on the tour price. Kindly please take any of your Insurances with you during your traveling to our region.

    Indonesian Domestic Airline [terms and conditions]

    Sometimes has a problem of cancellation, delay, or irregularity of domestic flight schedule in Indonesia. It is very important to be suggested that kindly please re-check or reconfirmation your departure flight schedule at local airline company where you purchase and issue your flight ticket at least 48 hours before your flight.

    Our Limitation & Responsibility 

    • We will try hard and do our best to make you happy and satisfied during your traveling on our region. We are therefore act in a capacity as a local tours and travel organizer and as an intermediary between the concerned hotels, restaurants, transport operators, etc.
    • We are not liable for any loss, delay, cancel or irregularities of flight schedule, accidents, natural disaster (bad weather, landslide, storm), political actions sustained by any person, including those occurring outside the touring programs which are beyond our control that makes your traveling is uncomfortable or unhappy.

    Bank & Money Changer 

    • Banks and Money changers are acceptable to change foreign currency but it is very poor rate of exchange. Money changer is also very limited range in our region and if you will depart your tour from Bali or any well-developed tourist area in Indonesia, it is better changing your own currency there before traveling to our region or it is even far enough better to bring some cash money or ATM card with you.
    • Every single town on Flores has some banks with ATM service. It is possible to do withdrawing some money by using ATM card. Most of the hotels, restaurants, mini market are only possible to be paid in cash and really a few of them are acceptable payment system by using credit card.
    Child Policy

    Children between 2 and 5 years old (children who have not reached the age of 12 during travel) are granted a 50% discount on package tours provided that they share the room with adults and require an extra-bed. A maximum of two children per party is granted for such discounts. Children requiring their own rooms are charged as adults. Children below 2 years old and sharing room with parent will be free of charge.

    Complaints and Irregularities

    • We consider complaints as valuable feedback to improve service delivery levels. We request that service delivery failures or customer concerns, be reported during your stay, to one of our representatives. It is the aim of the company to solve any irregularity on the spot.
    • The company reserves the right to refuse to take action on perceived irregularities submitted to the company 7 days after the customer returns back home. For further correspondence, please contact our service support center via our email.
    Age restriction

    There is no age restriction for all our tours as long as you get the chance and as long as you are allowed to travel by your country and the airport where you get a boarding pass.
